Ok, I am in a good place right now. I am happy and feeling good. I am content with myself and happy with the people around me. I am realizing more each day that I just need to keep moving and go with the flow. Easier said than done, but I do feel a change in the way I look at certain things and that is helping. Yippee!

There is an international “Happiness” day, and a movie that comes with it…..I attended a showing of it and now am the proud keeper of the true “secrets” to happiness as displayed by all cultures in interviews all over the world…. 😉

It is wonderful to hear you write about happiness! Going with the flow has been very tough for me because I either wanted to control it or get out of the pool.
Flexibility was not my strong point in earlier years for me and eventually I crashed with an ‘I don’t give a damn’ attitude and nothing bothered me that didn’t effect my wallet or family. After a few years of a crazy hazy life I slowly cared more about the people around me and found that they were genuinely just there to have fun and care for each other. It is great that you are happy with your life and the people in it.Here is to you and the start of your great year!
