Day 3


March 19, Thursday

Bedtime: 8:30 p.m.

Passed out on the couch after bbqing. Busy day…got both dogs spayed. Went out on the boat for a few hours. Slept in Friday til 9:30 a.m. Feeling fantastic!

  2. Your goals and desires to improve things seem to be fading in an out.

    Am not sure you have the commitment to, like you said, get to bed early.
    You salvaged some by sleeping in until 9:30 but getting to bed early and getting up early enough to enjoy a great cup of coffee in the morning is hard to beat.

    You can do it. May I suggest that you should out your goals for the immediate future and read them often.

    It may be that once you post your blog and log out . . . it becomes out of sight – out of mind.

    I am rooting for you and am convinced you can do it. Am on your side all of the way.
