Coincidence? I think not.

I’ve been suspicious of this man for 10 years now. When I first thought something was a bit off, I told myself there’s no way it was him. There’s no way that he lived right next door and was able to hide who he was from me and everyone else all those years. There’s no way that I became so protective of or cared for the person that committed those crimes.

After finding those film cases with that symbol on them 10 years ago, to where it’s evolved to now is no coincidence. I haven’t pushed him into the facts of the case. The research I’ve done to possibly rule him out as a suspect has only made him fit into the puzzle even more. Of course I don’t know all the answers to the questions everyone has. He never confessed to me. But what little I do know, actually lines up with the case so well that I’m really very surprised that law enforcement officials have never contacted me about him.

Another quite significant piece of evidence was discovered by the folks at a few days ago. I went to that site to share what I have because I am by no means an expert in the case. So I hoped someone would take the time to look into some of my stuff to see if they can find anything more that I just couldn’t see. And they did.

The most notable find was by a user there (curiouscat) that saw the picture of Harvey’s 196? Sunbeam and recognized the front tires on the car were mismatched and badly worn. Which matched the police report for the murder scene at Lake Berryessa in 1969. The witnesses also stated the color of the car they saw was a light blue or silver. Which also matched his car at the time.

  1. I could not agree more! putting this to rest is something we all should be made aware of.

  2. It was Harvey and no one will listen to you.

Did you ever figure out the code name “Pooka”?

    1. I’m learning a lot about people and how when you threaten to end a 20 year hobby of theirs that they get really angry and mean. I’m used to it tho. They will come around once they take some time to understand and see. I have faith and I also know I’m right. I’d never stick my neck out like this if I had any doubt. It just takes time for others to accept.

Yes, you and I discussed the pooka connection. Now it seems silly since I’m practically screaming his name from the tallest buildings in town!
